Account and Billing
This guide explains how to manage your SDMT account, update billing information, and handle subscription changes.
Goal
By the end of this guide, you can:
- create and manage your SDMT account
- update your email, password, and profile
- view and change your subscription plan
- update payment methods
- handle common billing issues
1. Creating an Account

Go to the SDMT landing page and click 'Sign Up.'

Enter your email, create a password, and follow the prompts to verify your account.

2. Managing Your Profile

Click your user icon or email in the app to open the profile menu.

Update your display name, email, or password as needed.

3. Subscription and Plan Management

Open the 'Subscription' or 'Billing' section from your profile or the main menu.

View your current plan (Free, Trial, Subscriber, Tester).

Click 'Change Plan' to upgrade, downgrade, or start a free trial.

4. Updating Payment Methods

In the Subscription/Billing section, click 'Update Payment Method.'

Enter new card details and save changes.
5. Handling Billing Issues

If a payment fails, check your card details and retry.

For subscription questions, contact support via the help link in the app.

If your account is downgraded unexpectedly, verify your payment status and contact support if needed.
