Account and Billing

This guide explains how to manage your SDMT account, update billing information, and handle subscription changes.

By the end of this guide, you can:

  • create and manage your SDMT account
  • update your email, password, and profile
  • view and change your subscription plan
  • update payment methods
  • handle common billing issues

1. Creating an Account

  1. Go to SDMT and choose Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Complete any account verification steps.

2. Managing Your Profile

  1. Open your profile menu from the app header.
  2. Update display name, email, or password.
  3. Save changes and confirm they persist.

3. Subscription and Plan Management

  1. Open Subscription or Billing from your profile settings.
  2. Review your current plan and renewal state.
  3. Change plan as needed.

4. Updating Payment Methods

  1. Open payment settings from Billing.
  2. Add or replace your card details.
  3. Save and verify your next billing date looks correct.

5. Handling Billing Issues

  • If a payment fails, check your card details and retry.
  • For subscription questions, contact support via the help link in the app.
  • If your account is downgraded unexpectedly, verify your payment status and contact support if needed.

Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available.
  • Never share your login credentials.
