Calendar Tab
Use the Calendar tab to manage in-world time, campaign events, and session date links.
What This Tab Is For
- creating a campaign calendar definition
- navigating months and years
- attaching events to specific dates
- linking sessions to in-world dates
When to Use
- your campaign tracks in-world dates and downtime
- you need persistent date anchors for sessions and events
- you want players to see shared time progression
When Not to Use
- ad-hoc reminders that are not date-bound
- detailed scene logs better stored in notes
- one-off scheduling outside campaign timeline context
Initial Setup
If no calendar exists:
- set name
- set starting year
- set hours per day
- set month count
- set weekday count
The app seeds placeholder months and weekdays, which you can refine in settings.

Day-Level Tools
Selecting a day opens details where you can:
- create and edit events
- delete events
- choose event visibility (DM-only or shared)
- define all-day or timed events
- set annual recurrence
- define multi-day spans
Session Linking
From day details:
- link one or more sessions
- unlink sessions
- set linked session as campaign start
- set linked session as current date
Common Workflow
- Create calendar once during campaign setup.
- Add fixed world events and holidays.
- Link each completed session to an in-world date.
- Advance current date using linked sessions.
