Sessions Tab

Use the Sessions tab to schedule, run, and review game sessions.

When to Use

  • planning upcoming sessions and status
  • capturing attendance and outcomes after play
  • linking sessions to in-world calendar dates

When Not to Use

  • managing tactical encounter details directly
  • storing long-form location data
  • maintaining creature stat libraries

Session Management Tools

  • New Session form
  • edit session details
  • set status: planned, active, completed, cancelled
  • start and end times
  • session notes

Within session editing:

  • link in-world start date
  • optionally set in-world end date
  • clear in-world link
  • set as campaign start session
  • advance campaign date on completion

Attendance and Tracking

  • attendance editor
  • save attendance updates
  • session analytics panel
  • timeline/context panels

Search and Pagination

  • sessions search input
  • page-size controls
  • paginated results for larger campaigns

Common Workflow

  1. Create upcoming sessions as planned.
  2. Mark active at start of play.
  3. Capture attendance and outcomes.
  4. Complete session and advance campaign date.
